The civilian department of NCRP is one of the most crucial aspects of life in San Andreas. As vital as our emergency service agencies are, they are nothing without our civilians. To join our Applied Civilian department and unlock more vehicles, weapons, and RP options, join our Discord server (Discord.NewChanceRP.com) and follow the instructions shown in the sticky message in the General channel.

At NCRP, we have 4 different levels of civilians with different items and options available to each. Each level of CIV must comply with ALL the rules of NCRP and any restrictions listed below.

  • Non Applied Civilian (NAC) - When you first join our community, you are automatically a Non Applied CIV.
    • NACs are restricted from the following:
      • Owning/Driving Supercars.
      • Operating aircraft of any type (Members of emergency service agencies may operate aircraft in accordance with their authorized duties while on duty for their respective department).
      • Robbing Banks or Gas Stations/Convenience Stores (non applied CIVs may participate in these robberies provided that the robbery was organized by an Applied CIV and the number of Applied CIVs involved outnumber the amount of NACs.
      • Using animal PEDs (members of emergency service agencies may use the animals PEDs related to their duties as K9s within their agency).
      • Using the Child Ped.
      • Using any firearms other than the basic pistol and pump shotgun.
      • Using any explosives.
      • Use the Fire Script.
      • Initiating a pursuit with police. (You may be a passenger but may not be the driver. If the driver is killed, injured, or otherwise rendered unable to drive, you may take over driving.)
  • Civilian Level 1 (CIV1) - This is the first level of Applied Civilian and is obtained by filling out the Applied Civilian Application form.
    • CIV1s are bound by the same restrictions as above with the following items now being permitted.
      • You may conduct robberies at Banks, Gas Stations, and Convenience Stores and may include NACs provided you are the one who sets up the RP and the number of Applied CIVs is equal to or exceeds the number of NACs.
      • You may use any standard semi-auto pistol or rifle/shotgun (You are still restricted from using any type of fully automatic weapon, MK2 weapon, or sniper rifle of any type or from using explosives).
      • Use the Fire Script (as per our rules, use of the fire script requires a certain number of emergency personnel on duty and permission from LSFD Command)
      • Use the Marksman rifle
  • Civilian Level 2 (CIV2) - This is the second level of Applied Civilian. Promotion to CIV2 is handled internally by the Civilian Department leadership.
